pretty amazing...

ahahaha!

i spent time with my AMAZING friend kelce yesterday.

it was so fun!

omw.

let me give you the run-down on how the day went...

FIRST: starbucks- THEN cell phone *falling* into the coffee

SECOND: jumping in puddles outside of Starbucks :D then haveing some random dude make fun of you. ( he was just a grump )           

THIRD: pie filling :O barf

FOURTH: we took some amazing photos at this HUGE field!!!!! then somemore photos climbing this huge pink tree

FIFTH: makeing this cherry filled 'thingy magiggy' then haveing kelce DROP it on the floor, ALSO the cherrys burning and makeing the entire house foggy

it was so fun.

then after that mess (2 o'clock in the morning)

we stayed up later :o talking :O

  CRAAAAZAY stuff :D

it was so fun...

im just so tired right now

can you believe it?!

thats another reason im tired.

we have worked so hard for band competition.. and now thats its over

you know, respect is the hardest thing to give, if

YOU in turn, don't feel respect yourself.

some people

for example,

'expect respect'!

but they themselves don't respect YOU!

ugh how am i supposed to give you my full respect if YOU don't respect me?

I'm not saying that a teacher 'needs' to respect you as an equal to them

because, students, you are not equals to your teachers

they are YOUR authority.

the only type of respect i wish teachers could give, is respect as a student

do you have ANY IDEA how it feels when your

OWN TEACHER

makes fun of you?

how it feels when they degrade you and make you feel dumb?

its the worst feeling ever. almost even worse than have a

friend

degrade you.

teachers,

they are your students. they respect you as the authority...

cant you respect them as a student? or maybe

just as a person?

okay so maybe they aren't

the brightest bulb in the box.

ya don't have to point out the faults they have, or the problems, in front of the entire class.

now, i guess if they are disrespecting you, YES discipline them!

but why must you turn and make them feel stupid?

or PULL something important away from them?

discipline is NOT making sure they feel like a SQUASHED BUG.

they kinda look up to you.

you are the authority, and the older person in the room

they listen and might actually care.

you want there respect.. actually NO

you demand their respect.

how can YOU demand respect, if YOU arnt willing to respect anyone YOURSELF?

Why did you tell the secret

First off, if you don't want people to know something. don't tell them!

even if they press you for the answer. be quiet. DON'T SPEAK!

yes yes, i know ALL of us try to push our friends into telling them something

BUT

if its actually important. or PRIVATE

why cant you just be quiet?

there is a time to speak and a time to be quiet.
